Refund policy

No returns. All sales are final; however items may be exchanged.
  • Eligibility: Clothing can be exchanged for a different size or if it is defective/damaged within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Clothing must be in unworn, unused condition with tags attached.
  • Exchange Process: Contact customer service for assistance and follow the provided instructions.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Undergarments and swimwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  • Discretionary Exchanges: Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
